ANNUAL DINNER MEETING

Cragin called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Commissioners Present: Burton, Cragin, Dugan, Goosman, McCulloch, O’Keefe, and Wlasuk.
· Cragin thanked and acknowledged Bill O’Keefe for his hard work over the years.
· Cragin welcomed Paul Basso as new commissioner.
· Cragin thanked Nancy Schneider on behalf of all the Fire Commissioners for her hard work. Halstead to relay thanks.
Marshals Present: Frampton, Farrell, Ketchum, and Ober.
Cragin will work on all committees in November. Cragin will recommend to the next chairman at the next regular monthly meeting volunteers for the upcoming year.
Reappointment of Fire Marshall William Halstead
MOTION: Goosman made a motion to reappoint Fire Marshall William Halstead for another year term.

Reappointment of Deputy Fire Marshalls
MOTION: Goosman made a motion to reappoint DFM’s S. Ketchum, J. Fernandez, D. Frampton, D. Ober and M. Zilinek for another year term.

Reappointment of Civilian Commissioner
MOTION: Wlasuk made a motion to reappoint Lisa Goosman as Civilian Commissioner for another term.

Reappointment of Vice Chairman
L. Goosman’s name was previously submitted for nomination for Vice-Chairman and hearing no additional nominations from the floor, a motion was made by M. Wlasuk to elect Goosman as Vice Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners for another year term.

Reappointment of Chairman
K. Cragin’s name was previously submitted for nomination for Chairman and hearing no additional nominations from the floor, a motion was made by Goosman to elect Cragin as Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners for another year term.
